Healing from the Land Book Project

Published in 2003 by the Sandhills Family Heritage Association and The Resourceful Communities Program of The Conservation Fund, this book “attempts to document and preserve the history of that special connection between African American families of the Sandhills and their use of the land for medicinal purposes.”
